CONSULT allows for more help organizing resources, scoping and planning the work with consistent check-ins and monitoring for success along the way.

MANAGE creates a partnership model allowing Outsights to stay heavily involved throughout an entire engagement. Outsights provides regular and consistent support, helps socialize change and ensures understanding. |
